The PPPOA Annual Assessment for all property owners for 2011 is $200. The due date for
this Annual Assessment is 30 April 2011.

NOTE: A penalty for late payment will be assessed after 31 May 2011 as per the PPPOA ByLaws of 15% per annum, for a total of $230 through 2011. After that, in 2012, an additional 15% will be assessed as per Bylaws.
