Annual Assessments
The PPPOA Annual Assessment for all property owners for 2009 is $200*. The due date for
the Annual Assessment for 2009 is 30 April 2009.
*NOTE: This year there is a $50 discount available if paid [payment postmarked] by 15 April 2009,
in an attempt by the Board of Directors to ease the financial stress on each property owner during our present economic downturn.
A penalty for late payment will be assessed after 31 May 2009 as per the PPPOA ByLaws of 15% per annum, for a total of $230.
