Q. WHERE do I start to obtain a DISCLOSURE PACKET in order to sell my property?
A. The Owner or the Realtor handling the listing/sale will contact the Treasurer of the
Association to obtain the documentation. You must allow two weeks for the process. A fee of $50 is
required prior to receiving the documentation. An additional fee of $25 is required if the documents are required within 2 weeks.
Q. WHEN do I pay the ANNUAL ASSESSMENT for the Pamunkey Point POA?
A. Go to the ASSESSMENTS page of this website for details. Do not wait beyond the due date for a written notice.
Q. WHERE do I start if I want to build a BOATHOUSE and/or HOME?
A. The first thing to do is to work out your plans for the home or boathouse using the architectural
guidelines in your property owner documents (available on FORMS link on this website). Next you should submit the Plans to the
PPARC for review to assure that they meet the POA standards as set forth in the POA documentation, along with a $50 fee. After
receiving the OK from the PPARC, you can go to the County for the Building Permit. See FORMS link on website.
Q. WHERE can I find information on the latest COUNTY property assessment on any Pamunkey Point Lot?
A. Go to your Realtor or Online at the Spotsylvania or Orange County website. This is an Assessment
for tax purposes, not an Appraisal. Use the street address for the query.
