The 2011 Annual Property Owners Meeting will be held on Saturday, 11 June 2011 at 11:00 AM.
The location will be Lot 4 under the tent - at the first bend in Arrow Point Road after entering the subdivision.
The Social portion will begin at 10:30. The Business portion will begin at 11:00, followed by a luncheon at that location. Bring your comfortable yard
chairs. Come on your horse or in your kayak or canoe.
Agenda Items:
1. Individual Owner Issues/Concerns - TBA - send to PPPOA President
2. Entrance Beautification Issues - entrance wall/sign inprovement
3. Common Area "C" Usage - trails and/or shelter/picnic area
4. Common Area "D" Usage - mechanical lifts on common area docks with canopy
5. Contract outside to do common grass mowing/snow removal
6. Add more owners to Board of Directors with intent to change leadership in or within the year
7. Association Ownership of maintenance equipment - liability issues
8. Owners proceeding with construction projects without appropriate permits
The 2010 Annual Property Owners Meeting was held on Saturday, 19 June 2010 at 11:00 on Lot 4 under the tent.
The Business portion began at 11:00. This was followed by a sandwich luncheon and a home tour of the two most recent additions to the subdivision (Lots 7 and 8) hosted by each owner.
